We needed a reliable handyman to build a set of steps to replace the dangerous ones that gave access to the door of our elderly parent's mobile home. Peter went to look at the job and quoted an excellent price and was able to work within the timescale we needed for our disabled parent to return home. The new steps look good and are so much safer. Boxing pulled off by plumber to fix a leak so we re-boxed in using uPvc at the customers request. Fixed with screws and white caps for access in the future. Easy clean surface now and lots of pipes to cut around.
The old gate was held up with cable ties and was about to fall apart. New posts and gate fitted this morning with sympathy for the beech hedge around it.
A smashed fixed-frame shower enclosure was removed and replaced with a beautiful, crystal clear glass screen with a hinged deflector. Transforms the look of this shower room.
Lovely composite decking with rotten supports. Stripped back and 24 joists replaced. Decking relaid and power washed ready for the next tenant’s safety. The excessive gaps are down to how the decking was installed originally, (not by us) and not terribly well done in the first place.
Removed 5m x 3.5m of decking to expose a rather good patio, the decking had turned into a rat hotel and was even badly chewed in places. We done the heavy work and the customer will do the finishing touches.

Quick fix for a blank wall and now its starting to look more like a fireplace. More work to be done here.
