We will give you a price estimate BEFORE any work is carried out and agreed by you.
“Our quoted rates are all-inclusive. They cover travel, insurance, material collection, tool maintenance, and consumables (such as screws, filler, and silicone).
Unless an unforeseen **major issue arises, the price we quote is the price you pay. Furthermore, should a project prove less complex or costly than anticipated, we believe in fair pricing and will adjust your final invoice downward accordingly.”
We do not charge to visit you to quote for your jobs.
We generally charge an hourly rate, of £30 per hour with a 1st hour/call out being £60 minimum charge.(This covers the cost of getting to you and the time it takes)
We can quote by location so if you are very close or on the route to another booked job we can offer a better rate/discount due to lower traveling time and costs for us.
After that we will charge you in HALF-HOUR blocks after the first hour so you don’t overpay.
If it takes an hour its £60 if it takes 1.5 hours it would be £75 and 2 hours would be £90, which can be lower by your location
Half Day and a Full Day rates can be quoted
We can of course give you an estimate of how long any job should take before start with a maximum cost to you quoted.
We can offer better rates to commercial or residential customers with regular business for us.
Rates will change depending on your location, the complexity of the job or if any specialist equipment is required.
Prices quoted above do not include the cost of materials but these will be quoted for before we start work or any unforeseen materials needed will be added to the final bill but most small materials are included like standard screws, nails etc if its just a few required.

**Major Issues – Unforeseen Work & Latent Defects Our quote is based on a visual inspection of the site. A “major issue” refers to any significant defect or safety hazard that was concealed at the time of the estimate and only becomes apparent once work has commenced (e.g., hidden structural rot, dangerous wiring, or damp).
In the rare event such an issue is found:
- We will stop work immediately.
- We will explain the issue and provide a separate, transparent estimate for the additional work.
- We will not proceed until you have given us written or verbal approval.
