Why don’t you have direct reviews for the individual properties you maintain?

We operate primarily as a trusted service and maintenance partner working directly with several professional local letting agents. In this business model, our services are commissioned and overseen by the agent on behalf of the property owner.

This partnership-based approach means:

• Privacy: We respect the privacy of the agency-tenant relationship, as the agent is the primary point of contact for property management.
• Service Focus: The reviews we collect focus exclusively on the quality of our maintenance work, reliability, and communication with the agents and owners who employ us.

Therefore, you will find feedback from the agents and owners we serve, but not direct tenant reviews tied to the specific properties we maintain for them.
