Ugly water filter boxed in with a removable front for annual service. Ready to be painted by customer who is preparing to sell his house.
Completely stripped out to bare walls, new tile effect wall panel throughout, new suite, new shower cubicle, new floor, minor plumbing adjustments, new towel radiator, and extractor fan. Completed in 5 days and all the tiles and old suite taken away the same week.
Rapid job to keep the tenants dog enclosed. New feather edge board fence. New posts.
Boxing pulled off by plumber to fix a leak so we re-boxed in using uPvc at the customers request. Fixed with screws and white caps for access in the future. Easy clean surface now and lots of pipes to cut around.
Quick fix for a blank wall and now its starting to look more like a fireplace. More work to be done here.

The old gate was held up with cable ties and was about to fall apart. New posts and gate fitted this morning with sympathy for the beech hedge around it.
